Shipping & returns

We can deliver to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. 

Premium Force deliver to the United Kingdom (please note the Channel Islands and, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands will incur additional charges). Please contact us if you have any enquiries.

We are able to deliver outside of the UK. Please contact us if you have any enquiries.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

Collection in store

Standard Delivery (3-4 working days)

Premium Delivery (1-2 working days)

Working days are Monday to Friday

If an item is being ordered in especially, then delivery will more than likely be more than 5 working days, but we will keep you updated at all times. 

If the items is a bespoke/club product, please allow up to 2 weeks before your order is shipped.

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses. 

Standard delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time. 

Premium Force will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way. 

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Premium Force shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk of the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

If your item has been sent using a courier other than royal mail then deliveries will be attempted at your chosen address on the following day if the first delivery was unsuccessful.

If your delivery was unsuccessful on the second attempt then a card will be left at your address allowing you to contact the delivery service and arrange a collection, you may pay an extra £4.00 for a third attempt on delivery.

If you cannot collect your goods within 5 days or have not paid for the re-delivery then it will be returned to Premium Force.

All returned orders to Premium Force will be refunded via the method of payment; you will incur a £9.99 charge for the attempted deliveries.


You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order. 

Force Majeure
Premium Force shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.


We hope you are pleased with your on-line purchase, but if for some reason you need to return an item this must be done within 30 days. 

We take great care over this site, and endeavour to maintain up to the minute information across the whole system, however from time to time, due to human error, mistakes may occur. Should this happen we will try to resolve the matter as soon as possible. The site and all associated and incorporated content is provided "as is", with no explicit or implicit declaration of factual accuracy. 

Any items which are returned must be received back unused, with original packaging & labels attached in a re-saleable condition.

If you are returning a faulty item your carriage will be refunded.

We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. 

Please note that if you require goods to be sent out in exchange, we do make a further carriage charge. 

Please be aware that in order to comply with Health & Safety regulations any faulty items should be returned for assessment free from mud and dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with these criteria.
